TWO brothers, both reservists at Umlazi police station, south of Durban, were shot dead by unidentified attackers outside a local hospital on Tuesday evening. Captain Vishnu Naidoo said on Wednesday that Justice Mbutho (38) and Thulani Mbutho (30) were on duty at Prince Mshiyeni hospital when they were attacked around 10pm. They were seriously wounded and taken to the hospital’s intensive care unit where they later died. Naidoo said the motive for the killing was not known and no arrests had been made yet. – Sapa
