The Mail & Guardian Online is looking for our very own Lois Lane or Clark Kent. The online bit is important. The Mail & Guardian newspaper may be the home of investigative journalism and in-depth think pieces but we'll need you to do that, and more. Think quirky news items and tongue-in-cheek opinion, along with quick news updates and features and profiles. You'll need to have a general grasp of a number of areas but there's also space for you to grow into a beat.
We require clean copy from our writers and a fast turnaround time. You'll also get to play with broadcast elements such as video, radio and presenting as well as hitting the streets with our intrepid multimedia desk.
