Durban’s favourite theatre son returns with some of his award-winning productions.

• Think Theatre’s acclaimed staging of of the Shakespeare classic Othello enjoys a month-long run at the magnificent Playhouse Opera. Presented in association with The Playhouse Company, the production is aimed predominantly toward secondary school learners studying the tragedy as a set work. It is directed by award-winning, director, writer and teacher Clare Mortimer. With its themes of race, love, jealousy and betrayal, Shakespeare’s timeless tragedy remains powerfully relevant to present-day audiences.
