16:00, upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of R1 000.00 (one thousand rand – including VAT), made out to TNPA Head Office at Standard Bank of S.A. No cash or cheques will be accepted. Clearly indicate “Tender Number TNPA 428” on the deposit slip as a reference.

Interested parties must note that RFP documents can only be purchased from 08h00, 25 May 2012 until 16h00 on 30 May 2012, both dates included.
A compulsory briefing session will be held at 10h00 on 31 May 2012 at TNPA Head Office, 30 Wellington Road, Parktown, Johannesburg. The briefing is to be attended only by parties that have purchased RFP documents.
The closing date for all sealed RFP submissions is 10h00 on the 12 June 2012 and no late proposals will be considered. Closing address will be clearly stated on the RFP. Preference will be given to BBBEE compliant companies in terms of our policy which is in line with the BBBEE Act.
