THIRD PARTY LAWYER STRUCK OFF ROLL

CAPE Town lawyer Hoosain Mohammed was struck off the roll of attorneys on Thursday after his law firm allegedly stole millions in insurance pay-outs to road accident victims. The Cape Law Society, which brought the disbarment application, said Hoosain Mohammed and Associates targeted unsophisticated and often illiterate people injured in road accidents.
