The US said on Tuesday it was stepping up efforts for a peaceful transition in Sudan ahead of a referendum.
Sudan says it will expel some international aid workers from Darfur, while plan are afoot to transform some Southern Sudan cities into animals shapes.
The government of south Sudan wants 1,5-million southerners who fled to the country’s north to return home before a crucial referendum.
