LAGOS GETS CONNECTED

THE Lagos Stock Exchange has begun computerised trading on an automated trading system, ending 37 years of floor trading, officials at the exchange said on Wednesday. The introduction of computerised trading Tuesday is expected to boost trading volume on the market, which has grown sharply in recent years.
