A 29-year-old woman who allegedly shot her abusive husband, once a member of the SA Defence Force’s notorious Koevoet counter insurgency unit, will have to wait until June to find out whether a Namibian court believes she is guilty of murder, the Namibian Press Agency reported on Tuesday. Estelle Elmare Gray, of Henties Bay, is accused of murdering her abusive husband Charl Tristum Gray by shooting him in the back several times two years ago. According to evidence, the shooting took place in the living room of the couple?s Henties Bay home in the Swakopmund district on the afternoon of July 17, 1999. Gray has pleaded not guilty.
