NIGERIAN President Olusegun Obasanjo will present his administration’s much awaited first budget to parliament on Tuesday, officials said. The budget will supplement the last budget by the military government from January 1999, and will be the first fiscal check on the civilian regime. The supplementary means and appropriations bill 1999 will be presented to both houses of parliament at 11:00am on Tuesday officials in the president’s office said.
