ZAMBIAN President Frederick Chiluba will visit Uganda this weekend for talks with his Ugandan counterpart, Yoweri Museveni, about the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Ugandan presidency said on Friday. Chiluba, who is expected to arrive on Saturday morning, and Mozambican President Joaquim Chissano are mediators in a regional peace initiative for the DRC, where rebels are waging war in a bid to overthrow the government of President Laurent Kabila.
