MINISTERS SURVIVE CRASH

TWO Zambian deputy ministers survived an air crash after their chartered plane came down shortly after takeoff in northern Zambia. Deputy Transport Minister Gilbert Mululu and Deputy Education Minister Mathias Mpande described their escape in Wednesday’s crash at Mporokoso in northern Zambia as a miracle, local newspapers reported. All four people on board, including the pilot, survived with minor injuries.
