MOTSOENENG APPEAL POSTPONED

COMRADES cheat Sergio Motsoeneng’s appeal against his three-year ban has been postponed to Friday. The hearing was rescheduled by Gauteng North Athletics to enable its president, Stick Stiglingh, to preside. A ban of ten years was also imposed on Motsoeneng and his brother Sefako by the Comrades Marathon Association after they ran this year’s race relay-style. Motsoeneng has already returned the gold medal he received for finishing ninth.
