CAF TELLS CONGOLESE TO PAY UP

THE Democratic Republic of Congo owes the African Football Confederation $16000 in fines and levies, a spokesman for the continental body said. Congolese clubs face exclusion from the 2000 championships unless the arrears are paid this month.
