SOUTH Africa’s Ernie Els is ranked ninth in the world in the latest PGA international golf rankings. Els has had an up-and-down year, with his game just not hitting winning form. Tiger Woods leads the rankings, with David Duval second and Scotsman Colin Montgomerie in third spot. Zimbabwe’s Nick Price is the only other African player in the rankings and is just outside the top-ten in 11th spot.
