SA Football Association (Safa) president Molefi Oliphant, 2010 Bid Committee chairperson Irvin Khoza and CEO Danny Jordaan will be receive about R7,5-million each for their efforts in the bidding for South Africa hosting the 2010 soccer World Cup, SABC radio news reports.
A meeting of the executive on Saturday also decided to suspend the 10 officials, 42 referees and four match commissioners arrested over the past two months during Operation Dribble against alleged
match fixing.
Meanwhile, Professor Lesole Gadinabokao has been appointed vice-president of SAFA to replace Irvin Khoza who resigned from that position earlier this year. – Sapa
