Dynamos win dull match

Dynamos collected full points away from home thanks to the only goal of the match by Ntokozo ”Koloba” S’khakhane, beating Lamontville Golden Arrows in a dull Castle Premiership match played at King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

S’khakhane sent a powerful shot straight into the net from a free-kick just outside the penalty box in the 26th minute.

The free-kick resulted from Papi Zothwane pulling back Sandile Ndlovu, who was troubling the Arrows defence

Ndlovu came close to increasing the lead towards the dying minutes of the game but his shot was cleared by Davies Phiri, Arrows’ goalkeeper.

Arrows replaced Mabhudi Khanyeza with Tsepo Mtoaneto to give stability to the midfield, and the visitors substituted Zothwane with Ace Gulwa.

Pirates very nearly increased their tally through an own goal by Kapamba Chintu. but it was cleared off the line by Gulwa. — Sapa
