Bulls coach Heyneke Meyer has made five changes to the side who lost 23-0 to the Highlanders last week for Saturday’s Super 12 clash against the Hurricanes in Wellington, New Zealand.
Meyer has decided to keep Bryan Habana at centre, and there are reprieves for out-of-form midfielder Ettienne Botha and flyhalf Derick Hougaard. Injuries have forced most of the changes in the side.
Riaan van der Bergh comes in for Pierre Spies on the wing, with the latter nursing a hamstring injury. Up front, Bakkies Botha’s neck injury means Danie Rossouw will start alongside Victor Matfield at lock.
Gary Botha, Kees Lensing and Richard Bands are the new front row after tighthead prop Andries Human’s shoulder injury has ended his tour.
