Supplier Database Initation

SUPPLIER DATABASE INVITATION:
DUE DILIGENCE REVIEWS SUPPLIERS

The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is a Schedule 3C public entity. Our mandate is to accelerate the provision of human settlements in the affordable housing market. Gauteng Partnership Fund invites all prospective providers, people from designated groups in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework
Act and BBBEE legislation of South Africa, small, medium and micro enterprises to register on its database in respect of DUE DILIGENCE REVIEWS (DDR).

The Purpose of the Registration is to:

  • Update the list of DDR providers on the database including current
    suppliers who must reapply for registration;
  • Contribute to the efficient administration and compliance with the
    Public Finance Management Act and the Preferential Procurement Policy
    Framework Act and its regulations;
  • Ensure competitive procurement processes and procedures.

The under mentioned criteria should be fulfilled for accreditation and registration onto the supplier database. Providers should therefore submit a profile detailing their track record specific to all the under mentioned criteria together with the completed registration forms. Applications without the relevant aforementioned information may be disqualified.

Criteria

  • A registered accountant/auditor or a provider with a relevant business qualification to conduct financial due diligence and prepare a DDR on the reports of a quantity surveyor, valuer and structural engineer,
  • At least 10 years work experience in the property or finance environment,
  • Excellent report writing skills,
  • Demonstrate an understanding/track record of DDR’s in the residential property sector,
  • Submission of references of clients pertinent to DDR’s,
  • Submission of previous report examples (containing all non confidential
    information),
  • A list of all staff/associates that will form part of the team, if applicable,
    that will perform the DDR’s. Detailed CV’s of the relevant team member/
    associate/s as well as a profile of the principal must also be submitted,
  • Submission of a template of what the DDR would normally cover with
    specific reference to commercial residential rental portfolios.

situated at 2nd floor, West Wing, 82 Grayston Drive, Sandton, 2196 on or
before the closing date and time.
