■ A touch of enchantment lands in Durban in June when the fabulous, famous and unforgettable Madame Zingara’s Theatre of Dreams opens at the Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World. The dinner circus spectacular reprises its successful season here last year and premieres in the dazzlingly unique Victorian mirror tent on June 1 with a feast of exciting new acts. A significant part of Madame Zingara’s sensual over-stimulation is the decadent four-course feast that accompanies the otherworldly acts on the bill.

■Dingalings are back in action at their favourite stomping ground with Dings, Flings and Other Things, the hotly anticipated sequel to their hit show, Chops, Choons and Spano Dops. The production, directed by Yugan Naidoo, features Dingalings stalwarts Henry Ramkissoon, Senzo Mthethwa, Koobeshen and Kumseela Naidoo, Verushka Odayen and newcomer Sharika China. Acclaimed composer and musician Ravi Subramoney has created the original score, which he performs live.
