The M&G‘s official internship programme runs for 12 months beginning on March 1 2012.
Our internships are full-time positions, based at the M&G Media Ltd offices in Rosebank, Johannesburg. During this time, trainees will work for the M&G newspaper and its various platforms. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the year.
Prospective candidates should have:
- Computer literacy
- A driver’s licence
- Strong news instincts
- An excellent general knowledge
- A better-than-average grasp of the English language
- A technikon or university qualification in journalism or a related field
- They should be dynamic, confident and reliable
Applicants must be available to attend a selection process in Johannesburg during the third week of January 2012.
