The SABC and the M&G locked horns at a hearing before the BCCSA concerning a report in which Robert Gumede accused reporter Sam Sole of corruption and racism.
The M&G says that the SABC failed to report the news truthfully, accurately and fairly, as per the BCCSA code of conduct, but the state broadcaster maintains that it has not breached any of the BCCSA’s codes of conduct. This is a copy of the original SABC new story that aired on November 3.
