Garreth van Vuuren, 32, has over 15 years of experience leading teams, businesses and projects. He started marketing agency RAPT Creative just before the world went into Covid-19 lockdown.
When it did, instead of marking time as others did, he forged ahead with his strategy for growing RAPT. He recruited a diverse, talented team, who produced relevant marketable solutions that captivated the imagination. RAPT achieved 100% revenue growth year-on-year during 2020 and 2021 and now, in its fourth year, is chasing a target of over R100 million. I

Garreth’s advice to his younger self would be: “Nothing is as serious as you make it out to be. We tend to create and manufacture our own issues in our heads, more than they exist in reality.”
