Currie Cup line-ups

THURSDAY, 1.15PM:

SPRINGBOKS Andre Joubert, Bary Teichmann, Henry Honniball and Mark Andrews have been included in the Natal rugby squad to face Eastern Province in the Bankfin Currie Cup match in Port Elizabeth on Sunday.

Andrews and Honiball have recovered from injury and will replace John Slade and David Knox respectively.

Springbok centre FA Meiring, who was injured earlier this year while playing for Northern Transvaal, has since recovered and decided to join the Gauteng Falcons and will make his debut for the Falcons when they play Gauteng Lions in a Currie Cup match at Ellis Park in Johannesburg on Saturday. He replaces Porta Hoffmann who moves to the reserve bench.

North-West and Northern Transvaal meet in a Currie Cup match in Potchefstroom on Friday. North West is hoping to end Blue Bulls hopes of clinching a semi-final spot in the competition.
