PRESIDENT Nelson Mandela’s spokesperson Parks Mankahlana faces arrest for failing to pay child maintenance for his eight-year-old daughter, The Sunday Times reports. The mother of his daughter claimed that he only paid once for the upkeep of their child and is seeking R40000 in back payments.
