SWAZI LAWS TO GET EXPERT HELP

CONSTITUTIONAL experts from around the world will be brought to Swaziland to draft a new constitution for the tiny kingdom before the end of the year, a constitutional review body said this week. The much-delayed re-drafting of the constitution is set to start in May when the CRC will collect input from the public, secretary of the Constitutional Review Commission, Bheki Maphalala Maphalala said. He did admit that South Africa is the only country which has offered Swaziland services of their experts.
