CHOLERA CLAIMS 113 IN ZIM

AN outbreak of cholera has killed 113 people in Zimbabwe in the first 10 weeks of this year, health officials said. At least 1115 cases have been identified and reported throughout the country, with officials expecting the cases to rise in coming weeks. According to figures available on Monday, the water-borne disease claimed 990 lives out of a total 22000 cases in countries bordering on Zimbabwe during the last quarter of last year.
