EQYPT will play Iran in Tehran on October 27 and in Cairo on November 17 for the Afro-Asian Nations Cup, the African Football Confederation announced on Sunday. Egypt lost on penalties to South Korea following a 0-0 draw in the 1988 final and Iran lost on away goals to Algeria three years later after a 2-2 aggregate tie. Cameroon, South Korea, Algeria, Japan and Nigeria have won previous editions of the biennial event.
