President Nelson Mandela arrived in Moscow on Wednesday morning to begin the last round of state visits of his presidency. Moscow is the first leg of an 11-day jet-hopping tour that will also take him to Hungary, Pakistan and China. Mandela, who is flying in the presidential Falcon jet, will be accompanied throughout by Foreign Minister Alfred Nzo, who is already in Washington.
