HALFBACK Rhys Duggan is the only newcomer in the All Blacks squad for the Rugby World Cup named in Auckland on Monday. Lock Ian Jones and winger Glen Osborne, who has played test rugby at full back as well, but in recent weeks has been at centre for his North Harbour provincial team, earned a recall to the 30-member squad.
