BOOKMAKERS William Hill on Tuesday that the odds on World Cup favourites New Zealand have been cut to 2-5 from 1-2 after the end of the group stage. England (7-1) are now better-rated than defending champions South Africa (8-1) while Wales have been pushed out to 25-1 from 12-1 after their shock 38-31 defeat by Samoa. Jonah Lomu tops the list at 8-11 as the top try scorer in the tournament with teammate Jeff Wilson at 11-4. England’s Dan Luger is at 10-1, with Irish hooker Keith Wood at 14-1. Will Greenwood and Joe Roff have odds of 25-1.
