INKATHA Freedom Party MP Themba Khoza was implicated in the murder of African National Congress leader Sam Ntuli in the early 1990s at a Truth and Reconciliation Commission amnesty hearing on Thursday. Khoza was implicated by IFP member Thulani Tsotetsi, who is seeking amnesty for involvement in the killings of six people between 1992 and 1993 in Thokoza near Johannesburg. Tsotetsi, a former member of the notorious Khumalo gang, told the amnesty committee that although he did not kill Ntuli, he stole the two cars that were used in the murder. He is not seeking amnesty for the matter.
