FLINTOFF MAY MISS TOUR

ENGLAND all-rounder Andrew Flintoff could miss the remainder of the tour of South Africa after fracturing his left foot during the second day of the fourth test on Monday. “He has a fracture of the second metacarple of his left foot,” said team physio Dean Conway. “He will definitely not bowl again in this test and possibly not in the last test (beginning on January 14). If he bats here it will have to be with a runner.” Conway said Flintoff would be having further scans over the next few days. The injury occurred when Flintoff was bowling.
