A TRY in the first seconds of the game set up a 31-17 victory for the Auckland Blues against the New South Wales Waratahs at Eden Park on Friday. Troy Flavell at lock scored when the ball was driven up through Mark Robinson who had several unmarked players to feed for the try. Both sides made a number of errors, however, and the Waratahs were allowed back into the match on several occasions. But the Blues prevailed to score their second victory in four matches. The half-time score was 13-7 to the Blues.
