BLUES MAY FACE UNDER-STRENGTH HURRICANES

THE Hurricanes may be without two key players for their Super 12 match against the Blues as Christian Cullen looks uncertain and prop Kevin Yates has been suspended for two matches. Cullen has Achilles tendon trouble and will be kept under wraps in the run-up to the Blues clash, while Yates received a two-week suspension for punching Cats hooker Leon Boshoff. Yates was sent off by Australian referee Wayne Erickson after he let loose a barrage of blows on Boshoff late in the match, won 29-23 by the Hurricanes. Boshoff had to leave the field with blood streaming from his face.
