PRESIDENT Thabo Mbeki and a group of ministers are flying to the G77 group’s South Summit in Havana, Cuba, on Monday night. Foreign Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, Trade and Industry Minister Alec Erwin, and Minister in the President’s Office Essop Pahad will also be attending the summit. Foreign affairs spokesman Ronnie Mamoepa said the South African delegation would use the week-long summit to promote African interests and increase the momentum for reforming global economics.
