CONSULTANTS FOR THIRD CELL BID NAMED

THE South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has appointed corporate financial consultants Grant Thornton Kessel Feinstein to oversee the business plans of the six bidders for the third cellular licence. The consultants are expected to assess the bidder’s plans and to draft a report for the regulatory authority. GTKF hopes to submit a report to Satra in the second week of June.
