CAPE Town police have arrested three men after finding a man’s head in a milk crate. The head was discovered in Mitchell’s Plain on Thursday night when police went to investigate complaints of a street brawl. A badly injured youth, who was allegedly seen carrying the crate was arrested on the scene.
