DON?T GO POKING AROUND IN HOLES

A MAN was electrocuted in Komatipoort in Mpumalanga when he stuck an iron rod into a hole after a snake had gone into it. It is believed that he had seen the snake entering the hole and poked the rod into it, unaware that there was an electric cable below. It is not known whether the snake escaped.
