MAN KILLED FOR BEING ON THE ‘PHONE TOO LONG

A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death at Mukumbani near Thohoyandou on Thursday by a man who accused him of being too long on a public telephone, police said on Friday. Captain Ailwei Mushavhanamadi said the man was stabbed to death after he refused to let the suspect use the public telephone. The dead man was not yet identified. The suspect was arrested and will appear in court shortly. – Sapa
