A 26-year-old man killed his girlfriend’s one-year-old baby before taking his own life on Thursday night at Khwekhwe near Thohoyandou, Northern Province police said on Friday.
Captain Ailwei Mushavhanamadi said Terror Mabasa went to visit his girlfriend at her house around 11pm. She was not home.
He took the girlfriend’s daughter to his house where he hanged the infant with a rope before hanging himself, Mushavhanamadi said. – Sapa
