ISRAEL on Wednesday accused Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat of having failed to issue orders to prevent anti-Israeli attacks, after a suicide bomber killed himself and four others on a bus in northern Israel. ”Unfortunately we have seen that Yasser Arafat’s Palestinian Authority has given no clear orders to put an end to terrorism,” government representative Arieh Meckel said. Five people were killed and around 30 wounded earlier when a suicide bomber blew up a bus carrying mostly Israeli Arabs near the northern Arab Israeli town of Umm El Fahem, police said. – Sapa-AFP
