Now SA smokers can go undercover

Smokers tired of the explicit warnings on cigarette boxes in South Africa can now order stickers to make their smoking experience a little less stressful.

Fakefags, a British website, is selling stickers to cover up warnings such as ”Danger: Smoking can kill you”.

The website started selling the stickers when the United Kingdom started printing warnings on all cigarette packs.

”You were probably as surprised as we were to see huge, black-bordered health warnings appearing on your favourite brand of cigarettes recently.

”We don’t know why the government have decided to poison our fags, but we can help you do something about it,” the website said.

”We sell realistic stickers to cover up the real health warnings on UK cigarette packets with something a little less stressful.”

But the stickers may cost more than your smoking budget. They are available in packs of 20 for R48, but South Africans will pay extra to have the stickers delivered.

Smokers can cover up the government warnings with slogans such as ”Smoking is cool”, ”You could be hit by a bus tomorrow”, ”Buy your own fags” and ”Smoking makes you look hard”.
