Thinking about an IPO? You’ll need a guide

South Africa’s Public Enterprises Minister Alec Erwin on Monday launched the country’s first initial public offering (IPO) reference manual, which contains detailed information on the steps required to execute a successful IPO.

The manual outlines challenges involved in IPO processes.

The Department of Public Enterprises said that one of the advantages of the manual is that it reports in detail the experiences of those involved in the Telkom IPO.

Extensive research was undertaken during the compilation of the manual. – I-Net Bridge
