French club signs up Breyton Paulse

Former South African rugby international Breyton Paulse signed a two-year contract with French Championship outfit Clermont on Sunday, the club announced.

The 29-year-old 51-times capped utility back has the option of a third year.

He has been playing in the Super 12 competition with the Stormers and is Clermont’s second signing in a week as they secured the services of Auch fullback Jean-Baptiste Dambielle last Tuesday. – Sapa-AFP
