Blue Bulls lock Geo Cronje has been admitted to a Pretoria hospital in a serious condition after a tractor accident at the family farm near Mafikeng, Blue Bulls spokesperson Dimeon van Rooyen said on Wednesday.
Van Rooyen said a tractor fell over on Cronje late on Tuesday.
Cronje’s family was at his side.
Not much information was known at this stage, said Van Rooyen.
Cronje was being treated for, among other things, broken ribs. He was said to be in a stable condition. — Sapa
