Police officer’s MySpace site showed body parts

A Texas police officer whose web page on MySpace.com included images of dismembered women has been suspended, the city attorney’s office in Wichita Falls said.

Jeremiah Love’s page on the social networking site contained images and statements that could undermine public confidence in the police department and hurt his testimony in criminal cases, it said.

Love (26) who listed his occupation on the site as super hero/serial killer, reportedly told investigators the site was meant to be humorous. He said he would appeal. The page has been removed from MySpace. –
