All Blacks beat France 14-10 to level Test series

New Zealand produced a vastly improved performance to beat France 14-10 in their second Test at Wetspac Stadium on Saturday.

Ma’a Nonu scored a try while Stephen Donald (two) and Luke McAlister slotted penalties for the All Blacks, who were comprehensively outplayed in their 27-22 first Test loss last week in Dunedin.

France’s Cedric Heymans scored a brilliant individual try down the left wing, beating four defenders after getting the ball in open space from 40 metres out.

Julien Dupuy added the conversion while Dimitri Yachvili slotted a penalty for the visitors, who were seeking to win just their second series againt the All Blacks on New Zealand soil. – Reuters
