The Producer Price Index (PPI) — which tracks the cost of goods leaving factories and mines — remained negative in November, Statistics South Africa said on Thursday.
The PPI dropped 1,2% year-on-year in November, compared with a fall of 3,3% in October, the Pretoria-based agency said.
However, the PPI increased monthly by 0,8% compared with a 0,1% fall in October. — Sapa
