South Africans took to the streets at noon on Wednesday for the United for Bafana campaign, a day before the country hosts the first Soccer World Cup on the African continent.

The campaign was planned by Southern Sun, where South Africa’s soccer team Bafana Bafana is staying in Grayston, with SuperSport, 94.7 Highveld Stereo and Talk Radio 702.
The streets of Sandton were filled with people clad in yellow and green. Those who couldn’t get to Sandton blew their support on vuvuzelas around the country.
