FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN INTEGRATED PORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IPMS) FOR TRANSNET NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY.

Further details of the project can be found in the formal RFP document, which can be inspected or obtained from Mr Lwandiso Matoti at the Transnet National Ports Authority Head Office, Room 207, 30 Wellington Road, Parktown Johannesburg. Documents can only be inspected or obtained on weekdays between 08:30 & 16:00. Upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of R4000.00 (Four Thousand Rands – including VAT), made out to TNPA Head Office at Standard Bank of S.A a copy of the RFP will be issued. No cash or cheques will be accepted. Clearly indicate “Tender Number TNPA 445” on the deposit slip as a reference.

Interested parties must note that RFP documents can only be purchased from 08h00, 10 September 2012 until 16h00 on 02 October 2012, both dates included.

A briefing session will be held at 10h00, 03 October 2012 at 30 Wellington Road, Parktown Johannesburg. The briefing is to be attended only by parties that have purchased RFP documents. The closing date for all sealed tender submissions is 10h00 on the 23 October 2012 and NO late proposals will be considered. Closing address will be clearly stated on the RFP.

Preference will be given to BBBEE compliant companies in terms of our policy which is in line with the BBBEE Act.
